I finally got the pictures in the Humor section working how I want. I'm pretty happy with the outcome. I'm still waiting to hear back from my web host to see if the alternative way I was trying to do it will work. There was a problem with the fact that a package I wanted to use was not installed and I was unalbe to install it. I will change the 'text jokes' to the same format as the picture section next week. The reason for the delay is that I am going home tomorrow so I won't be working on the site over the weekend.

Later today is the finals for ultimate frisbee. I got an ankle brace so I'm hoping that I will be able to play a bit better then the past couple of weeks. As I said above, I am going home tomorrow for the weekend. I will be getting an upgrade for my computer, going to a friend's birthday party and doing a couple of other small things. After this trip I hope to be able to stay in Kingston for a while, as the past 2 months I've been moving around a lot. Campus is starting to pick up again. The pre-frosh week activities are underway. Every day more people are moving back to town. Next week should be very fun as more of my friends get back to town.

Well, frosh week is in full swing. There are purple people with crazy hair all over campus. Walking around the past couple of days its been pretty easy to spot the frosh. They are the ones who look clueless. They are still not quite sure where they are or what is going on. This will change soon enough. I'm hoping to stop by some of the computing events in the next day or two. There is still a hope that we will be able to film some of them. We wanted to film from the begining, but were lacking a video camera.

The pool has now reopened. I went for my first swim of the term earlier today. I was happy that the water had had enough time to heat up as I think they just refilled the pool over the past weekend. I'm just glad I have some way to stay in shape until intramurals start up last September or early October.

I had fun at home last weekend. I helped move my brother out. We never thought that day would come. He is now in Oshawa at the University of Ontario. I also got to go to a friend's birthday party at the Hard Rock Cafe. I had a really good time as they play my kind of music. Not everyone there was really into it, but you can't please everyone all the time.

For now, I'm just having fun seeing friends who have been away all summer. I was out with a bunch of people the other night, and I hope to see more people tonight. Not everyone is back yet, but its definatly more lively then the summer. Of course, campus is covered with people, and a sure sign that the students are back, there is garbage everywhere. Those are two things I did not miss over the summer. Oh well, even so, it should be a great year.
